These two items are on the 2nd floor where the women sit. The top pic is a handmade embroidered Ketubah. The details well no words, from the late 1800’s.
Get this the 2nd pic is how women dressed in their bridal gown. Authentic to the times and the Sephardic traditions of the time. There were pics on all the walls of weddings, services and the people who prayed in this synagogue. We are very lucky to have a guide who lives in the Medina and knows everyone and all the secret places to see.
