There are 4 sections of the museum with a very large cupola set in the middle. The sections are Gothic, Romanesque, Renaissance and Baroque and Modern. This is the National museum of Catalunya art, Spanish artists creative view of their world.
Reid is standing in the Gothic section with works dating from 13th to 15th century. Many of displays were in excellent condition, restoration is a time consuming work.
The 2nd pic is of the cupola which has seating in the round for concerts. The organ is massive, what acoustics.
