Gored Horse, 1917, Picasso was a big fan of the bull fight. His love started in his early years in Malaga and then Barcelona. If u look closely this is a precursor to his masterpiece Guernica. Around this time Picasso entered his Blue period.

In 1947 he collaborated with a Spanish ceramic artist and they worked together till the 50’s. His ceramic pieces innovative, whimsical and sell for a ton of money.
