I can’t get enough of these markets. Its a great way to see how people live. And the food is fresh, artisanal just the way I like it. Socca is a local food, made of mashed chickpeas, flour and water. Cooked on a high heat in a coal fired oven and cut into pieces with pepper on it. Delicious and a treat for us. Going local.
