We made it here in one piece. This town is known for handmade ceramics and you know me I am in heaven. We first stopped at a ceramic studio and store. The 2nd pic is one of their pieces, every where you look distinctive ceramics and it takes a while to digest.
Reid and I have traveled the world and are always on the lookout for something unique to purchase. Well this is the place and yes major purchase. A family business that was started by the 80+ year old father in the early 1950’s and talent passed onto his son, wife and their own children. They design, and sell. Their kids make modern, contemporary art that I fell in love with. They don’t allow picture taking, I promise what a talented family and they let me in the studio. Leave me here for a while.
