Crossing the Tiber River.

The Vatican was our last tour, we were done. Almost 5 weeks on the run our brains and bodies had reached its limit. So we left Vatican City and walk back into the heart of Rome.

I am standing in front of a charming restaurant in the Campo de Fiori neighborhood. The high end streets around the Spanish steps are great but this section is more my speed. Very similar to the Village, its known for the outdoor market, family run authentic food stores and handmade items with the work done right in the store. There are massive amount of stories all over Rome selling real Italian leather or shoes and clothing. Most of its shit quality, but here in this old neighborhood you find hidden gems.
